Responsibilities For Data Engineer

Design and oversee a highly robust and scalable Data Lake/ETL infrastructure with data pipeline for streaming and batch processing
Maintain fault-tolerant systems with automated data quality monitoring and alert systems
Enhance systems by addressing recurring issues and optimizing performance and scalability
Prioritize privacy and data security in all initiatives
Create and maintain documentation for the Data Platform stack
Collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-value data products
Work with partners to gather insights and shape platform requirements

Requirements For Data Engineer

Python

Kafka

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in data engineering
Strong programming skills in Python and Spark (PySpark / Databricks)
At least 2 years of experience with Databricks and Azure data services
Proficient in managing data quality, monitoring and alerting
Remote working experience
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
