Key Responsibilities:
- Support the sales team with technical challenges during the sales process
- Drive adoption and expansion of Kixie products
- Communicate with customers of all technical levels via phone and email
- Be the first line of contact for sales questions and issues
- Work with internal teams to solve problems and manage them through to resolution
Requirements:
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and chat
- Familiarity with customer management tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Hubspot
- Eagerness to learn new things and adapt quickly
- Data-driven mindset and willingness to learn tools like Looker
- Ideally comfortable with technology and terms like "firewall" and "router"
- Preferably a graduate of a 4-year university
