Kixie, a venture-backed startup in Santa Monica, is seeking a Channel Sales Engineer to join their growing team. This role is perfect for a jack-of-all-trades problem solver who is driven to make customers happy and excited to be part of a rapidly growing startup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team with technical challenges during the sales process
  • Drive adoption and expansion of Kixie products
  • Communicate with customers of all technical levels via phone and email
  • Be the first line of contact for sales questions and issues
  • Work with internal teams to solve problems and manage them through to resolution

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Comfortable communicating via phone, email, and chat
  • Familiarity with customer management tools like Pipedrive, Salesforce, and Hubspot
  • Eagerness to learn new things and adapt quickly
  • Data-driven mindset and willingness to learn tools like Looker
  • Ideally comfortable with technology and terms like "firewall" and "router"
  • Preferably a graduate of a 4-year university
