Head of Engineering

Knot is seeking a Head of Engineering to lead and inspire our high-performing engineering team. As the Head of Engineering, you will collaborate with the CTO to shape our engineering strategy, drive technical vision, and ensure alignment with business goals. You'll be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, mentoring talent, and overseeing recruitment to attract and retain top engineers.

Knot's mission is to empower consumers and businesses with connected merchant and banking experiences. We're building a platform that connects merchants to various applications used by consumers and businesses daily. Our flagship product allows instant updates and management of cards on file with online merchant accounts.

Founded in 2021 by brothers Rory and Kieran O'Reilly, Knot powers connected online payment experiences for hundreds of thousands of consumers. We're backed by investors including Nava Ventures, 8VC, American Express, Plaid, and co-founders & CEOs of prominent companies.

As Head of Engineering, you'll:

• Lead and inspire a diverse, high-performing engineering team
