  • Manage and mentor a team of Sales Engineers, Senior Sales Engineers, and Principal Sales Engineers
  • Provide guidance and support for team members' professional growth
  • Conduct performance evaluations and create development plans
  • Align Sales Engineering efforts with sales strategies and goals
  • Optimize sales process and increase win rates
  • Maintain high level of technical knowledge across product portfolio
  • Participate in strategic customer engagements
