Responsibilities For Site Reliability Engineer
- Manage and maintain environments to ensure high availability and security
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues using observability tools
- Collaborate with development teams to align infrastructure efforts
- Build and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions
- Manage AWS/Azure services including ECS/Container Apps, S3/blob storage
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
- Automate manual tasks to improve operational efficiency
Requirements For Site Reliability Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or 5+ years equivalent experience)
- Expertise in CI/CD workflows and automated pipelines
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure services
- Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or other observability platforms
- Proficiency in Python, Bash, or other scripting languages
- Ability to lead incident response efforts
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
