Junior Software Engineer

Koddi is launching an exciting Engineering training program for recent Computer Science graduates and coding bootcamp graduates. The Koddi Cohort Program is an intensive 8-week training covering all aspects of Engineering at Koddi, including technical training and leadership development opportunities.

As a Junior Software Engineer, you will:

• Collaborate in an agile environment
• Write clean, organized code under senior guidance
• Assist in developing automation tools and libraries
• Support product features through development and deployment
• Learn and apply software best practices
• Work with product management to define specifications
• Analyze and improve system efficiency with support
• Create and execute automated tests
• Participate in technical discussions and problem-solving

Required Skills and Experience:

• CS degree or completed relevant bootcamp (graduation by May 2025)
• Software engineering experience (internship, work, competitions, publications)
• Web application, distributed systems, or security software development experience
• Strong understanding of product area, codebase, and systems
• Proficiency in data analysis, programming, and software engineering
• High-quality code production with good test coverage
• Experience in data structures, algorithms, and software design
• Programming in C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, Kotlin, Go, Python, Typescript, or similar
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Available on-site in Fort Worth office during the program
• Full-time availability after the training program
