Full Stack Software Engineer

The role offers an opportunity to work on a critical platform that helps prevent real-world harm while protecting user privacy.

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you'll be working on a comprehensive case management solution for Law Enforcement Response and Trust and Safety teams. The platform features end-to-end encryption, audit trails, submission portals, and API integrations. You'll be joining a team that values product focus, engineering excellence, and continuous learning.

The position is fully remote with competitive compensation including both salary ($130K-$230K) and equity (0.10%-1.00%). The team maintains high standards while fostering a culture of humility and accountability. They meet twice yearly for team offsites in various locations, recently including Miami, Seattle, and Nashville.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with both frontend (TypeScript, React, GraphQL) and backend (PostgreSQL, AWS) technologies. Specialists in SecDevOps, threat intelligence, or React modernization are also welcomed. Experience with legal compliance or law enforcement response teams is a plus, but not required.
