Kody, an innovative Fintech company, is seeking an Implementation Engineer to join their rapidly growing team. As an Implementation Engineer, you will play a key role in integrating Kody's systems with client environments, ensuring seamless deployment and optimal functionality. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams to facilitate the onboarding process, configure solutions, and provide technical support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand technical requirements, configuring and deploying software solutions, conducting training sessions, providing ongoing technical support, troubleshooting issues, documenting processes, and staying current with product updates. The ideal candidate should have experience in software implementation or technical support, strong understanding of SDKs & APIs, familiarity with programming languages like PHP, Java, JavaScript, and Python, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities For Implementation Engineer
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and design effective implementation strategies
- Configure and deploy Kody's software solutions as per client specifications
- Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they have all the information they need to conduct the technical integration
- Provide ongoing technical support during and after the implementation process
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues and refine implementation processes
- Document processes, configurations, and any issues encountered during implementations
- Stay current with product updates and enhancements to relay relevant information to clients
Requirements For Implementation Engineer
- Proven experience in software implementation or technical support roles
- Strong understanding of SDKs & APIs and experience with integration processes
- Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., PHP, Java, JavaScript, Python)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
