The role demands expertise in complex distributed systems testing, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality. The position offers exposure to a modern tech stack including AWS, Python, Vue.js, and various testing frameworks.

Key responsibilities include reviewing technical specifications, developing test automation, bug tracking, and mentoring team members. Responsibilities For Test Engineer

  • Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents
  • Develop deep product and domain knowledge of KOKO's systems
  • Create detailed test plans and test cases
  • Design, develop and execute automation scripts
  • Identify, record, document and track bugs
  • Perform regression testing
  • Monitor debugging process results
  • Provide training and guidance to testing team members
  • Track quality metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and strategies

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in manual and automation testing
  • Experience in creating test plans and test scenarios
  • Experience in BDD tools like Cucumber with web testing frameworks like Selenium
  • Hands on programming skills in any one of Java, Python or JavaScript
  • Experience in testing REST APIs
  • Knowledge of database architectures and data models
  • Experience with Performance and load testing tools
  • Strong teamwork focus and collaboration skills
