[Deep Learning Div.] Deep Learning Service Dev - Backend Engineer

KRAFTON's Deep Learning Division is at the forefront of integrating AI technology into game development. Established in 2021, the division focuses on expanding game production capabilities through deep learning research and development. The team works across four key directions: Production Cost Down (optimizing game production processes), New Way to Create (expanding creative possibilities through generative AI), Virtual Friends (developing AI-based virtual companions), and Unique, Endless Gameplay (delivering ever-changing user experiences).

The division conducts research in Language Models, Voice Synthesis, Vision & Animation, Reinforcement Learning, and Data-centric AI. They also explore large-scale models, model optimization, and multimodal approaches combining various technical elements. This technology is integrated into actual game production environments to innovate workflow experiences and expand creative possibilities.

As a Backend Engineer in the Deep Learning Division, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and operating platform services that leverage deep learning technology. You'll work on shortening game production processes and creating new creative possibilities through AI integration. The role involves managing deployment processes, ensuring stable operation of services, and implementing feature updates.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of development experience, particularly in AI-enabled services, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of cloud technologies, container orchestration, and CI/CD practices is essential. The role requires someone who can proactively identify and address challenges while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.
