[Publishing Platform Div.] Data Infra Engineer (10년 이상)

KRAFTON is seeking a Data Infra Engineer with over 10 years of experience to join their Publishing Platform Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and managing Hadoop clusters and related ecosystems, as well as building and operating infrastructure based on IaC (Infrastructure as Code). Additionally, the role involves integrating monitoring systems and managing on-call processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage Hadoop clusters and related ecosystems
• Build and manage infrastructure using Terraform and other IaC tools
• Construct and manage Kubernetes (K8s) clusters, implement and operate CI/CD pipelines
• Develop and maintain real-time data infrastructure monitoring systems
• Manage and optimize on-call processes to ensure infrastructure stability
• Collaborate with various departments within the team to successfully execute projects
• Evaluate new technologies and share/introduce them within the team

Required Qualifications:

• Total experience of 10+ years
• 5+ years of practical experience in data engineering
• Minimum 2 years of team or project leadership experience (leading a team of 3 or more)
• Ability to coach team members
• Proficient in infrastructure management using Terraform
• Experience in building and managing Kubernetes (K8s)
• Expertise in building and operating CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to build monitoring systems and establish/operate on-call processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Terraform module development
• Experience in Helm Chart development
• Experience in customizing open-source data systems
• Work experience in Databricks environments
• Deep understanding of Hadoop ecosystems
• Experience in optimization and issue resolution through Spark
• Experience in network and service management in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Business conversation skills in Chinese or English
