KRAFTON is seeking a Localization Tools Engineer with at least 2 years of experience to join their Publishing Services Management Division. The role involves providing technical support for localization-related tasks across various teams, including game development studios and collaborative departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing, processing, and managing localization-related assets
  • Developing Windows applications for localization tasks
  • Automating and optimizing localization work processes
  • Conducting R&D on new technologies related to localization, such as game engines, CAT tools, and machine translation

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 2+ years of experience developing Windows applications using C#, Java, Python, or similar languages
  • Knowledge of Unreal and Unity engines
  • Experience in improving work productivity and efficiency
  • Understanding of game development pipelines
  • Clear communication skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in developing game operation tools
  • Understanding of localization processes
  • Experience in developing plugins/add-ons for Unreal and Unity engines
  • Business English proficiency
