Description For Lead Client Engineer

Kraken is revolutionizing the energy sector with their innovative platform that currently supports 55 million customer accounts globally, aiming to reach 100 million by 2027. The company is expanding into new utility sectors including Water and Broadband through their Kraken Utilities division, which has already secured partnerships with major clients like Severn Trent, Leep, Portsmouth Water, and Cuckoo.

As a Lead Client Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of this expansion, leading a team of 3-4 Client Engineers to implement transformative solutions for clients. The role involves working at the intersection of technology, operations, and client teams, requiring deep understanding of the Kraken platform to optimize solutions and leverage existing and new capabilities.

The position offers an opportunity to work with a rapidly growing team of 90+ professionals in Kraken Utilities, while being part of the larger 1500+ strong Kraken organization. You'll be dealing with complex integration challenges, working with various systems including ERPs, CRMs, Enterprise Asset Management solutions, and FSM.

Requirements For Lead Client Engineer

Python
  • Strong technical background with Python and SQL knowledge
  • Experience in agile delivery and continuous deployment

  • Client-facing experience in B2B SaaS
