Back Office Software Engineer

Kuba is developing a new product for the French and British markets - an electric vehicle charging station and its integrated software ecosystem. To support this development and strengthen the "EV Charger" service, Kuba is looking for a Back Office Software Engineer.

Your mission, as part of the Engineering team, is to contribute to the development, maintenance, and documentation of the electric vehicle charger management systems. Based on Open-Source components, you will need a good command of English. Deployed on Amazon Web Services, a good knowledge of services and tools is necessary to successfully carry out your mission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing a back office system
   • Documentation
   • Commissioning/production
   • Change management
2. Participation in defining the solution architecture
   • Cost estimates
   • Writing technical specifications and maintaining existing documentation
3. Technical monitoring of products in service
   • Provide support for production deployment
   • Problem analysis and correction
   • Product certification management and updates
4. Obsolescence management
   • Ensure technology watch in your field
   • Research and propose replacement products
5. Participation in service improvement (processes, documentation, systems, organization)

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Computer Science with experience in complex management systems
• Proficiency in Node.js and NestJS languages
• Java skills appreciated
• Mastery of database systems (Postgres and MySQL)

Professional/Personal Skills:

• Fluency in English (read, spoken, written)
• Ability to write clear, precise, and well-structured documents
• Rigorous in following procedures and processes
• Great determination and willingness to succeed
• Flexible, proactive with a sense of responsibility
