KUBRA is seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join their dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON. This position is crucial for implementing and maintaining security measures throughout the software development lifecycle. The role involves working with KUBRA's cloud and Kubernetes-based platform, ensuring security compliance with SOC2 and PCI-DSS standards.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with DevOps and cross-functional teams to strengthen security policies and architectural strategies. Key responsibilities include implementing security controls in CI/CD pipelines, conducting vulnerability assessments, and providing security guidance to engineering teams. Responsibilities For DevSecOps Engineer

  • Implement security controls and best practices across CI/CD pipelines
  • Ensure vulnerability assessments (DAST and SAST) are part of every SDLC step
  • Provide security guidance to product engineering teams
  • Provide architectural security guidance to DevOps team
  • Collaborate with development teams to implement secure coding practices
  • Implement measures to improve security of software supply chain
  • Develop best practices and security standards for KUBRA Cloud Platform
  • Work with Risk and Compliance team to support risk assessments
  • Build appropriate threat models for KUBRA Cloud Platform services
  • Maintain vulnerability and patch management processes
  • Work with Security Operations team for incident response
  • Identify opportunities for security training

Requirements For DevSecOps Engineer

Kubernetes
