The company is seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join their innovative, collaborative, and impact-driven technology team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating and supporting user-oriented software products while considering both functional and non-functional requirements, as well as user experience.

The role involves mentoring other engineers, promoting technical excellence, and working with various technologies to scale products through cloud infrastructure. The position requires expertise in Ruby, microservices architecture, and database management, with additional desired skills in Golang, Ruby on Rails, Spring Boot, and AWS.
