Founding UX Engineer

As a Founding UX Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge features including:

• Generative AI powered templates for optimal first drafts
• Real-time collaborative editing with AI co-pilot
• Integrated review workflows
• AI-powered template migration

The company has achieved significant market validation with multiple six-figure multi-year contracts with leading carriers and strategic partnerships with Guidewire, Snapsheet, and PCMS.

You'll work directly with product teams and engineers to design and develop the user interface, create reusable components, and integrate LLM technology. The role requires expertise in frontend technologies (React, Next.js, Tailwind), strong design skills with Figma, and a passion for user-centered design.
