Senior Full-Stack Developer

Lab49, a part of ION Group, is seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer with a primary focus on front-end development (React) and substantial expertise in back-end technologies such as C#/.NET or Python. As a Senior Full-Stack Developer at Lab49, you will be at the forefront of driving transformative change for esteemed Financial Services clients. Operating within an Agile environment, you will tackle complex and challenging projects, leveraging your robust experience in front-end frameworks to design and construct the next generation of technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of commercial-grade web/front-end development experience, strong skills in modern JavaScript (ideally TypeScript) and React, and 5+ years of hands-on experience in either Python or C#/.NET development. You'll collaborate with designers and other partners on design and wireframing, and should have a strong interest in global financial markets and financial products.

Lab49 offers a flexible hybrid work model, expecting employees to be in the office or at client sites 2-3 days per week. The base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $200,000, with potential for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
