Senior SDET Engineer

As a Senior SDET Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative and innovative project team, engaging directly with clients. Your expertise will be crucial in creating automated testing capabilities for applications that solve business problems and enhance performance for clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and building advanced testing capabilities across platforms
• Communicating with leadership, product owners, and other stakeholders
• Utilizing tools like Cucumber, Perfecto, and Selenium for automation
• Working with data sources and APIs
• Assisting development teams in improving testing efficiency
• Advocating for test-driven development

Required skills and experience:

• Proven software-based automated testing experience
• Expertise with Cucumber, Gherkin, and XPath for testing Java apps
• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with REST and JSON
• Familiarity with Agile environments
• Knowledge of development trends and emerging technologies

Lab49 offers a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $190,000 for this senior-level position, with potential for a discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
