As a Technical Lead Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and building advanced applications that push the boundaries of throughput, latency, and resiliency. You'll function as a Principal Engineer, mentoring and leading a team while maintaining a hands-on approach to development.
The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in commercial-grade software development, with expertise in front-end technologies like React, Node, or Angular, or back-end languages such as Java, Python, or Go. You should have a strong engineering mindset, a passion for technology, and a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle.

The role comes with a competitive salary range of $200,000 to $250,000, with additional opportunities for discretionary bonuses based on performance. Requirements For Technical Lead Engineer
- At least 10 years of hands-on experience designing and building commercial-grade software applications
- Solid recent experience in front-end software development preferably in JavaScript frameworks like React, Node or Angular or back-end development in Java, Python, Golang and/or C#/.NET
- Experience as a team or project lead
- Knowledge of, and strong demonstrated interest in, global financial markets and financial products (preferred)
