Post Sales Machine Learning Engineer

As a Post Sales Machine Learning Engineer, you will:

• Guide new customers through technical onboarding, assisting with workload migration and initial troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored guidance on deploying models and managing GPU infrastructure.
• Demonstrate optimization and scaling of training and inference workloads through proof-of-concept demos and architecture diagrams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, conduct training sessions, and facilitate smooth workload transitions between Lambda products.
• Drive customer growth by identifying opportunities for increased product adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor and link between customers and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in machine learning or data science with deep understanding of model development and deployment.
• Proficiency with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow.
• Experience with containerization technologies, LLM-based applications, and Linux systems administration.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-obsessed mindset.

Additional desirable skills include experience with MLOps tools, distributed systems for large model training, and HPC orchestration technologies.
