Tier 3 Support Engineer

Landa, an innovative real estate investing app, is seeking a Tier 3 Support Engineer to join their remote team. This exciting role is perfect for computer science students with a background in Python who are starting their engineering careers. As a software support developer, you'll be responsible for improving the AI bot, identifying and solving bugs, and conducting QA.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting QA audits for new product releases
• Aggregating, analyzing, and improving LandaGPT integration (Bot)
• Contributing to engineering efforts by solving bugs and reviewing Jira tickets
• Troubleshooting complex user issues and communicating with engineers, designers, and property managers
• Creating automations, writing user documentation, and optimizing support processes
• Improving onboarding tooling using Python and bash

The ideal candidate should have:

• Minimum 1 year of coding experience in Python (required)
• Proficiency in working in a technical environment
• SQL experience
• Tech-savvy approach with the ability to navigate multiple complex systems
• A love for troubleshooting and debugging
• Team player mentality with a problem-solving approach
