Landeed, India's fastest property title search engine, is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge machine learning models for their search and document intelligence features. The position involves working with state-of-the-art NLP technologies, developing sophisticated search capabilities, and building robust data pipelines. You'll be responsible for implementing ML/DL models using frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, creating NLP pipelines for document analysis and entity extraction, and integrating these solutions with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for advanced search features.
As a senior member of the team, you'll collaborate across functions, from Data Engineering to Product and DevOps, ensuring the seamless deployment and optimization of ML models in production. The role requires expertise in Python, ML frameworks, and cloud services, with a focus on building scalable, production-ready solutions.

Responsibilities For Senior AI/ML Engineer
- Design and implement ML/DL models for NLP, document parsing, text classification, and semantic search
- Build and refine NLP pipelines for document analysis, OCR, and entity extraction
- Design data pipelines for processing large volumes of property data
- Integrate ML models with Elasticsearch/OpenSearch for advanced search features
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
- Mentor junior engineers in model design, coding, and MLOps
- Optimize inference pipelines for latency, throughput, and cost
Requirements For Senior AI/ML Engineer
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with focus on NLP or search
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Experience with information retrieval technologies
