As a Senior Firmware Integration & Test Engineer for Benches at Latitude AI, you'll be part of a cross-functional team responsible for building and maintaining the bench ecosystem, facilitating automated test workflows, developing test plans, building test tooling, and executing design verification plans. You'll work on next-generation test bench architectures, develop continuous integration pipelines, troubleshoot complex hardware and software integration issues, and collaborate with various stakeholders to accomplish test objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of next-generation test bench architectures and designs
- Developing and improving continuous integration pipelines and failure reporting
- Troubleshooting complex hardware and software system integration issues
- Developing and maintaining test asset software tools and infrastructure
- Maintaining test asset requirements, configuration, and reliability processes
- Mentoring junior engineers and leading technical projects and initiatives
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
- 5+ years of technical experience
- Proficiency in Python and/or C++ programming languages
- Experience with Jenkins pipelines and troubleshooting software build, deployment, and test failures in embedded systems
- Knowledge of low-level communication interfaces and protocols (e.g., I2C, UART, SPI, CAN, Ethernet)
- Experience working with Embedded Linux
- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Support the development of next generation test bench architectures and designs

Requirements For Senior Firmware Integration & Test Engineer, Benches
