Senior Software Engineer - Bench Test

The Bench Test team at Latitude AI is responsible for building and maintaining the bench ecosystem, facilitating automated test workflows, developing test plans, building test tooling, and executing the design verification plan. This role involves supporting next-generation test bench architectures, developing CI pipelines, troubleshooting complex hardware and software integration issues, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and improving continuous integration pipelines
• Troubleshooting complex hardware and software system integration issues
• Maintaining test asset requirements and reliability processes
• Mentoring junior engineers and leading technical projects

The ideal candidate should have:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics or related field
• 5+ years of technical experience
• Experience with Python and/or C++ programming languages
• Experience with Jenkins pipelines and embedded systems
• Knowledge of low-level communications interfaces and protocols
• Experience working with Embedded Linux
• Strong presentation and communication skills
