Cloud Modernization Storage Engineer

Latitude Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Modernization Storage Engineer to lead and support the transformation of their cloud infrastructure, focusing on storage architecture and optimization. The ideal candidate will have experience with cloud storage solutions, data migration, and modernization strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and managing scalable cloud storage solutions (e.g., AWS S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud Storage)
• Leading efforts to modernize on-premises storage systems
• Planning and executing data migration strategies
• Optimizing cloud storage performance and ensuring cost-effectiveness
• Implementing security protocols and data protection measures
• Developing cloud-based backup and disaster recovery plans
• Creating automated solutions for cloud storage management tasks
• Collaborating with DevOps, security, and cloud engineering teams
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation

The position requires TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance and is located in Charlottesville, VA. Relocation assistance is provided. The salary range is $140,000 - $170,000 per year.
