Controls Engineer - PLC

Join our team as a Controls Engineer at our Denver facility, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting our Testing & Controls team. This position offers a blend of in-house programming and occasional field work, perfect for someone passionate about industrial automation. You'll spend 80-90% of your time writing and updating PLC and Robotics code, performing factory acceptance testing on new systems, and providing remote support to clients. The remaining 10-20% involves travel to customer sites for complex installations and commissioning.

We're looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in PLC & HMI systems, particularly with Siemens TIA Portal and S7 platforms. Your role will be essential in maintaining and improving our industrial automation systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth operation of manufacturing equipment. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge automation technology while maintaining a primarily stable, in-house work environment.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 2 years of hands-on experience with industrial control systems, preferably in die cast or injection molding environments. While a BS in engineering is preferred, we value practical experience and proven capability. This role offers competitive compensation ranging from $90,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting the technical expertise required.
