We are seeking an experienced and innovative Sr. Acoustic Systems Production Development Engineer/Manager with expertise in modeling electroacoustic transducers and arrays. The candidate will play a key role in the design, development, and production of advanced acoustic systems, from concept through manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in acoustics, electroacoustic transducer design, signal processing, and experience in leading cross-functional teams. This role will involve overseeing the technical aspects of acoustic product development while also managing the production process to ensure that designs meet performance, cost, and manufacturability requirements. This is a 3 month contract to hire position.

They will also oversee system integration, prototyping, and work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards.

Responsibilities For Sr. Acoustic Systems Production Development Engineer/Manager
- Lead the design and development of electroacoustic transducers, arrays, and systems
- Oversee system integration and prototyping
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are manufacturable and meet quality standards
- Develop and execute test plans for acoustic systems
- Manage a team of engineers, technicians, and project personnel
- Coordinate project activities, including resource planning and budgeting

Requirements For Sr. Acoustic Systems Production Development Engineer/Manager
- Strong background in acoustics and electroacoustic transducer design
- Experience in modeling and simulating acoustic systems using software like COMSOL, ANSYS, MATLAB
