Senior Data Scientist

Launch Potato is a digital media company headquartered in vibrant downtown Delray Beach, Florida, with an international team across over a dozen countries. As The Discovery and Conversion Company, we connect advertisers to customers throughout the consumer journey. This Data Scientist role focuses heavily on building machine learning models, not engineering or data engineering.

You'll develop deep personalization models and complex optimization algorithms to enhance customer experiences and connect hundreds of thousands of customers with hundreds of advertisers daily. Your work will drive significant consumer impact while increasing revenue.

Key responsibilities include:

• Innovating and designing ML solutions for various business problems
• Implementing and improving Multi-Armed Bandit solutions
• Utilizing Large Language Models for content personalization
• Developing recommendation systems for ads, offers, and questions
• Collaborating with stakeholders to improve model infrastructure, tracking, and monitoring
• Providing hands-on data science support at different project stages

To succeed, you'll need:

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science & Machine Learning
• 2+ years of experience in the Marketing/Advertising Industry
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Data Science tools
• Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and ML model development lifecycle
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
