Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you'll gain comprehensive knowledge of LDMS's business operations, systems, and products.

Your primary responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for technical support, analyzing and resolving customer issues, maintaining documentation, and creating training materials. Responsibilities For Application Support Engineer

  • Be the first point of contact for clients experiencing technical difficulties
  • Analyze tickets and resolve root causes of problems
  • Address queries within SLA timeframes
  • Follow up with product owners/engineers on ticket completion
  • Create and maintain training documents and help sheets
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and third parties
