This is a remote position requiring up to 25% travel for org retreats, programming, and professional development. The compensation range is $89,811 - $143,698 annually, with comprehensive benefits including 100% paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for individual employees, 4% matching 401k plan, and generous time off policies.
