As an Analytics Engineer, you'll lead the charge in building cutting-edge data pipelines, transforming raw data into actionable insights, and ensuring that our systems run like clockwork. You'll be at the forefront of our data initiatives, enabling decision-makers to make smarter, faster choices that propel our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect Data Systems: Design, develop, and maintain high-performance data architectures
  • Create and Optimize Data Pipelines: Lead the creation of efficient ELT processes
  • Model Data for Impact: Develop scalable data models for effective analysis
  • Champion Data Governance: Implement industry-leading standards for data security

  • 7+ years of experience building scalable data solutions

This is a remote position requiring up to 25% travel for org retreats, programming, and professional development.
