Infrastructure Engineer - Cloud Storage

Leaseweb is seeking a highly motivated Storage Engineer to join their Branded Cloud team. The role involves designing, building, and supporting virtualized computing and storage solutions based on VMware and NetApp technology. As a Storage Engineer, you'll be responsible for worldwide storage platforms, working in a devops team with a focus on multidisciplinary skills, trust, autonomy, and full ownership of services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Researching new technologies and building new products
• Collaborating with other departments and vendors to deliver new services
• Supporting the sales team in understanding customer needs
• Building long-term relationships with customers
• Ensuring services are monitored and operational
• Providing 3rd level support, sometimes on-call

The ideal candidate should have:

• Extensive experience with storage products (SAN, NAS, Object Storage)
• Knowledge of Microsoft products and Linux
• Intermediate network knowledge
• Experience with automation tools and scripting
• Strong teamwork skills and self-motivation
