Leaseweb, a global IT infrastructure provider, is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Solution Engineer to join their dynamic and multicultural Sales team. This role is crucial in providing technical expertise and support throughout the sales cycle, from prospecting to account management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing pre-sales technical expertise to Product teams and customers
- Contributing technical input to projects and documents
- Identifying additional sales opportunities with existing customers
- Installing and demonstrating products at customer sites
- Collaborating with product teams to develop solutions
- Assisting customers in identifying technical specifications
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company's and competitors' products
- Writing technical content to promote the company's capabilities
- Helping customers implement new products and ensuring specifications are met
The ideal candidate should have:
- 7-10 years of Technical Solution experience in IT (mainly Cloud)
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
- Experience in the IT Industry (IaaS)
- Strong writing and presentation skills
- Cross-functional experience with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluency in English and one Asian language
- SAP experience is a plus
