Responsibilities For Security Compliance & Awareness Engineer

  • Design and maintain internal security awareness program using tools like Riot and LMS
  • Develop and manage phishing simulation campaigns
  • Create tailored training modules for security and compliance requirements
  • Manage security documentation and maintain comprehensive guides
  • Partner with Legal, Engineering, and Product teams for compliance integration
  • Track and report employee participation in security training
  • Evaluate and improve training and awareness campaigns
  • Act as liaison between Security Operations team and employees

Requirements For Security Compliance & Awareness Engineer

  • 3+ years of experience in security awareness, training, or compliance roles
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and awareness tools like Riot
  • Experience managing phishing simulations
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Ability to organize and manage large sets of documentation
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC 2)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
