Senior Analytics Engineer

lempire, a thriving B2B SaaS company valued at $150 million, is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to spearhead their data initiatives. The company, which is proudly bootstrapped and profitable with $28M+ in revenue, operates a suite of 5 successful products including lemlist, lemwarm, lemcal, Taplio, and Tweet Hunter, serving over 20,000 customers worldwide.

The role presents a unique opportunity to drive and shape the data culture within a fast-growing organization. As the Senior Analytics Engineer, you'll be responsible for building crucial data concepts, developing data models using DBT, managing BI solutions, and supporting all departments with data-driven decision making. You'll work with a modern data stack including BigQuery, Fivetran, DBT core, and Holistics.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in data analytics, advanced SQL and Python skills, and a strong business acumen. You'll have the opportunity to work with experienced data engineers who have established the fundamental infrastructure, while having the freedom to build and implement new solutions from the ground up.
