As a Backend Software Engineer at Levelpath, you'll join a dynamic team building high-impact customer applications. The role requires expertise in Ruby on Rails, service-oriented architectures, and experience with GraphQL and REST. You'll be working with cutting-edge technologies, including AI implementation across the platform via copilots and agents.

The position is based in downtown San Francisco, offering an opportunity to be a key founding member of a growing team. You'll lead development on significant portions of the platform, collaborate with both local and global teams, and drive continuous improvement in code quality and processes.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of Ruby on Rails experience, strong database knowledge (PostgreSQL, MySQL), and excellent communication skills. Experience with Docker, high-growth SaaS environments, and AI tools are valuable additions.
