Staff Software Engineer, Ruby on Rails, Back-end

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Ruby and Ruby On Rails, GraphQL, REST, and collaborating with front-end teams (React/TS).

This role, based in downtown San Francisco, offers the opportunity to lead within an international team in an agile environment with short decision paths. You'll work with tools like Github, AWS, and Slack, but have the freedom to use any devices and tools that optimize your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of new products using Ruby, Ruby On Rails, PostgreSQL, and Docker
• Improve overall code quality, tools, and processes
• Collaborate with frontend teams using GraphQL and REST

Requirements:

• 6+ years of Ruby On Rails experience
• PostgreSQL and MySQL knowledge
• Docker experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Front-end knowledge (React/TS) is a plus
