LevelTen Energy is seeking a Business Development Representative for Developer Engagement in Europe. This role involves sales, marketing, and operations tasks to increase demand for the LevelTen Platform and services. Key responsibilities include cold calling, lead generation, running campaigns, and providing customer support. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or customer success, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Knowledge of renewable energy is preferred but not required. This full-time position is based in Madrid with a hybrid work arrangement.   • Cold calling, emailing, and social communications to drive demand
  • Research and qualify new leads
  • Run targeted outbound and email nurture campaigns
  • Track and report performance metrics
