As a Cloud Support Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our cloud platform, working directly with Engineering and Product teams. The position offers a competitive salary range of $140,000-$155,000, plus bonus and equity opportunities.

The role combines hands-on technical work with strategic infrastructure management, requiring expertise in cloud environments, scripting languages, and security operations. You'll be responsible for everything from application deployments to telemetry development and security configurations, making a direct impact on our platform's reliability and performance.

Responsibilities For Cloud Support Engineer

  • Work directly with Engineering and Product teams to resolve complex issues in Cloud platform
  • Assist with application deployments
  • Develop Telemetry to provide Observability across multiple platforms
  • Monitor system performance in the Cloud
  • Manage Cloud platform with Infrastructure as Code
  • Handle Cloud security configurations and operations
  • Participate in on-call rotations

Requirements For Cloud Support Engineer

Python
Linux
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Experience operating a cloud environment (AWS/GCP)
  • Experience in scripting languages, specifically Bash and Python
  • Knowledge and experience with Databases and Storage systems
  • Solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP)
  • Proficient in Linux operating systems and Unix shells
  • Knowledge of CI/CD and pipelines preferred
  • Knowledge of web services and web application development preferred
