We are currently seeking a talented Full-Stack Software Developer to join our dynamic team. The role offers a unique blend of technical challenges across frontend, backend, DevOps, and mobile app development.
The ideal candidate will bring 4+ years of experience and expertise in Python, Next.js, React Native, and AWS services. You'll be instrumental in building and optimizing our client's tech platform, working directly with the CTO and product team to implement cutting-edge AI solutions and data analytics. The position involves developing scalable backend services, creating intuitive frontend interfaces, and maintaining robust DevOps practices.
We offer a flexible hybrid work environment based in Metro Manila, with primarily remote work and periodic onsite collaboration during founder visits. The role follows a full-time schedule of Monday to Friday, 1 pm - 10 pm (Philippines Standard Time). Responsibilities For Full Stack Software Developer
- Develop and maintain scalable and efficient backend services using Python and AWS
- Design, implement, and refine frontend interfaces using Next.js
- Create and optimize mobile applications with React Native
- Establish and maintain effective DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Identify and implement AI solutions to enhance platform functionality
- Work with CTO and product team to embed AI models and data analytics
- Design, maintain, and optimize databases for high availability
- Collaborate with data and AI teams to integrate data insights
- Coordinate with content and community teams
Requirements For Full Stack Software Developer
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Proficiency in databases (SQL, NoSQL) and DevOps tools
- Experience with DynamoDB and Amazon Neptune
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment
- Experience integrating with data-driven applications
