Senior AI Engineer, CRM

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer who combines deep technical expertise in full-stack development with a passion for creating AI-driven solutions that elevate customer relationship management (CRM) systems. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered tools that enhance customer interactions, improve operational efficiency, and drive business intelligence across our CRM platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered solutions for CRM platforms
• Engage in full stack development for seamless integration of AI-driven features
• Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers
• Develop APIs and microservices for real-time AI data processing and decision-making
• Ensure AI systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient
• Comply with industry standards and regulations
• Drive continuous improvement using user feedback and data analytics
• Create documentation on AI models and full stack development

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with strong backend experience
• Strong understanding of Data Structures
• Experience with LLMs and solid understanding of CRMs
• Strong proficiency in Typescript, NestJS, and NextJS
• Extensive knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services
• Solid understanding of software development best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools
• Experience with Docker
• Knowledge of GraphQL and RESTful API design
• Prior experience in Agile/Scrum development
