Responsibilities For Board Design Electrical Engineer

  • Electrical design of power, memory, and interconnect circuits in analog and digital domains
  • Identify electrical and optical components based on IC and photonics engineering specifications
  • Review PCB Layout designs and provide detailed electrical constraint rules
  • Ensure board and system manufacturability with high yield and robustness
  • Circuit modeling, design, and vendor sourcing for components
  • Test prototype assemblies and perform laboratory validation
  • Support contract manufacturing during prototype and production
  • Work with component vendors and supply partners
  • Research new components, processes, and technologies

Requirements For Board Design Electrical Engineer

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in schematic design using Cadence, Mentor, or Altium tool set
  • Hands-on experience with lab experiments and debugging
  • Experience with electrical instruments (AWG, Oscilloscope, VNA, Voltmeter, SMU)
