As a Test Development Engineer, you'll join their product engineering team, focusing on High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) testing and developing cutting-edge wafer and package level ATE testing strategies for Silicon Photonics products. This role combines hardware expertise with software development, requiring strong technical skills in both domains.

Responsibilities For Test Development Engineer

  • Define, develop, implement, and support ATE test solutions for Silicon Photonics products
  • Develop characterization and manufacturing test plans, highlighting test coverage holes
  • Debug product failures and implement optimal solutions with multi-functional teams
  • Collaborate with OSAT/test vendors to develop ATE test SW and hardware infrastructure
  • Work with manufacturing teams to increase yields, test coverage, capacity, and reduce costs
  • Partner and drive wafer and package level manufacturing activities
  • Lead test time reduction for ramping to HVM
  • Write and maintain scripts/tools for the test engineering group

Requirements For Test Development Engineer

Python
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of ATE Test Development Experience using V93K or Teradyne
  • Proficient in scripting languages like Python
  • Experience maintaining and releasing ATE test programs to OSAT
  • Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
