Senior Product Manager (Developer Experience)

Lightspeed Commerce is seeking a Senior Product Manager for Developer Experience to join their Ecommerce product team. This role involves setting the strategic direction and leading the design and launch of new tools connecting developers to Lightspeed's products, such as Developer Portal, APIs, and SDKs. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, creative, and comfortable bringing new tools to market to create customer value across products.

Key responsibilities include:

• Crafting feature and scope definitions
• Prioritizing the team's backlog
• Creating product delivery plans and requirements
• Driving implementation of the team's roadmap
• Gathering insights to shape product direction
• Evaluating new product concepts
• Collaborating with Go-to-Market teams for product launches
• Defining and reporting on product success
• Communicating value delivery to different audiences
• Building trusted relationships with stakeholders
• Becoming the Product SME for owned product offerings

Requirements:

• Proven product management track record in SaaS products at scale
• Expertise in product management and development life cycles
• Passion for improving developer experiences
• Proficiency in leading cross-team projects
• Ability to lead discovery and alignment conversations
• Understanding of product strategy and roadmapping
• Experience with market research tools and techniques

Preferred qualifications:

• Engineering background
• Retail and ecommerce industry experience
• Ability to create and execute product strategies
