Senior Staff Frontend Engineer

Lilt is seeking a Senior Staff Frontend Engineer to join their team in San Francisco. This role involves executing graphic design tasks, creating design templates, researching industry trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing leadership in UI/UX development. Key responsibilities include:

1. Executing graphic design tasks for user interface components (25%)
2. Creating graphic design templates using tools like Photoshop, Indesign, or Sketch (10%)
3. Researching industry trends and best practices in user-centered design (10%)
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams on creative and technical problems (10%)
5. Participating in Agile software methodologies and daily standups (5%)
6. Providing leadership and guidance to other designers and UI/UX professionals (20%)
7. Participating in system design discussions with Back End Engineers (5%)
8. Defining necessary data structures for client-side information presentation (10%)
9. Performing end-to-end testing and adding client-side unit tests (5%)

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, 7 years of software engineering experience, and expertise in JavaScript frameworks, graphic design tools, and UI development. Experience with MySQL and relational databases is also required.
