They're seeking a Machine Learning Engineer to help deliver best-in-class AI for mental health care.

The role involves developing and maintaining ML capabilities that power their products, working with cutting-edge LLM technologies from industry leaders like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google, as well as managing in-house instances of models like Llama. Recent projects include training models to detect problematic LLM outputs, deploying custom Meta Llama fine-tunes on AWS, and building dashboards for comparing therapeutic relationships across different AI agent interfaces.

The ideal candidate will have strong Python skills, experience with web frameworks, and a solid understanding of cloud platforms and containerization.
