Responsibilities For Senior Electrical Engineer, R&D
- Develop electrical subsystems for Lime vehicles and parking infrastructure
- Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, and product teams
- Optimize motor and power delivery systems
- Debug & troubleshoot complex electrical problems
- Develop design guidelines, testing protocols, and test reports
- Mentor junior engineers
Requirements For Senior Electrical Engineer, R&D
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 7+ years of industry experience as an Electrical Engineer
- Proficient in PCB design, production, and testing
- Strong understanding of analog and digital circuit design
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel to San Francisco office regularly
- Experience with Altium designer (preferred)
- Experience working with JDM/ODM (preferred)
- Experience working on a remote, distributed team (preferred)
