Responsibilities For Senior Mechanical Engineer

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative lightweight electric vehicles
  • Develop detailed mechanical designs using CAD software
  • Brainstorm and resolve mechanical, manufacturing, and reliability challenges
  • Build prototypes using metalworking and 3D printing tools
  • Design and execute tests to validate new concepts
  • Create user-friendly designs considering Operations team input
  • Oversee concurrent development of multiple parts or subsystems
  • Generate and manage technical documentation using GD&T

Requirements For Senior Mechanical Engineer

  • BSc/MSc in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
  • Experience with GD&T, tolerance analysis, and designing parts for manufacturing processes
  • Experience leading mechanical design of multi-part subsystems/products
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across functional teams
  • Experience working with overseas teams
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English
