The position requires 5+ years of professional software development experience, strong technical proficiency, and excellent communication skills.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from CA$126,000 to CA$174,000, with additional benefits including pre-IPO equity, health and wellness offerings, flexible vacation policies, and parental leave support.
