AI Engineering Manager - Enterprise AI

LinkedIn is seeking an AI Engineering Manager to lead their Enterprise AI team, responsible for $7B+ LOBs across Hirer, Learning and Enterprise Jobs verticals. This is a key leadership role focused on developing cutting-edge AI solutions that power LinkedIn's core business.

The role involves leading a team of 6-10 exceptional AI engineers working on revolutionary products like the next-generation recruiter platform with GenAI powered tools for AI-assisted search and automated communications. You'll be responsible for the exciting new Hiring Assistant charter, LinkedIn's #1 priority, which aims to transform recruiting workflows through AI innovation.

Your team will work on building and tuning generative AI models, collaborating with OpenAI, and developing advanced search and recommendation systems to match candidates with opportunities. The Learning AI team focuses on revolutionizing online learning through AI-powered recommendations and LLM copilot systems, while the Enterprise Jobs AI team connects millions of opportunities with members through sophisticated matching algorithms.

As a manager, you'll drive technical excellence while developing talent, working closely with product, infrastructure and other AI teams to align on initiatives and ensure optimal collaboration. You'll define engineering best practices, participate in key technical discussions, and help attract and mentor world-class talent.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of ML/AI industry experience, with either management experience leading AI teams or staff-level technical experience. You should have hands-on expertise in machine learning, data modeling, and developing algorithmic solutions. An advanced degree in CS/ML is preferred.
